To make the journey from Gosport to the underground station in tottenham court road, by car and with the continual speed of 30 miles per hour it would cost a total of £13.62 to make the journey of 82.5 miles in the time of two hours and seven minutes, with the traffic constantly moving, using theaa.com/traffiicnews i would be able to check the traffic amount through out the journey. To plan my route and find out how many miles it would take to get to the correct station i used theaa.com/routeplanner.

In Comparison to make the journey by train to the same location, Tottenham, Court Road underground it would take me two hours thirty one minutes, then a four minute tube ride to reach tottenham underground. The cost of this Journey would be £14.00 in total, but with the trouble of also using a tube to get to the tube station needed. I found out the tube times and costs by using http://www.journeyplanner.tfl.gov.uk/.

theaa.com was a good website for planning a route and being able to actually see the route that it had selected for me, and the live traffic feed to it also would be very helpful as you could see where the main traffic jams are so that you could plan around them, cutting down the travel time. http://www.journeyplanner.tfl.gov.uk/  is easy to use and focuses on the other forms of transport but does not give a map of your route which would of been helpful.
